Nutrition Manager: Calorie Log

Nutrition Manager helps you keep track of what you eat, what you have in your fridge, and what you need to buy — all in one place, without any account or internet connection required.

FRIDGE
Organize your fridge into custom shelves (e.g. dairy, meat, vegetables). Add products manually or by scanning their barcode. Each item shows its expiry date and remaining quantity. Products that run out are marked and can be sent directly to your shopping list with a tap.

SHOPPING LIST
Create multiple shopping lists and add products by name, by scanning a barcode, or by picking from your fridge stock. Product data (name, nutritional values, image) is fetched automatically from Open Food Facts, a free and open food database. While shopping, check off items as you add them to your cart, then complete the list to move everything to your fridge.

MEALS
Log your daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks). Add products from your fridge, from a search, or from a barcode scan. Each meal shows total calories, macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, fat) and fiber. Duplicate a meal with a single long press — the app will automatically deduct the ingredients from your fridge stock.

NUTRITIONAL STATS
View your daily average intake for calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber, and more. Charts show your trends over time. A nutrition score evaluates the balance of your diet with color-coded indicators (green, yellow, red). Configure your own ideal macro ratio ranges to match your personal dietary goals.

PRODUCTS
Products include full nutritional details: energy, fats (saturated and unsaturated), carbohydrates (sugars), protein, fiber, sodium, and fruit/vegetable content. You can also create composed products (recipes) by combining multiple ingredients — the app calculates the combined nutritional values automatically.

PRESET MEALS
A set of common out-of-home meals is included by default (pizza, kebab, cappuccino, croissant and more), so you can log them quickly without searching every time.

AI RECIPE SUGGESTIONS
Get recipe ideas based on what's actually in your fridge. Filter by diet (vegetarian, vegan), quick meals, or let it prioritize ingredients that are about to expire or that fill in your missing daily nutrients. Your first 10 suggestions are free — after that, recharge with a small one-time pack, no subscription.

PRIVACY AND DATA
All data is stored locally on your device. No account is required. Nutrition and fridge data is never sent to any server. The only external connections are to Open Food Facts for product lookups (optional — the app works fully offline for manual entry) and, only when you use it, the AI recipe feature.
