To make reading the QR codes faster, it is advisable to keep the ticket stable and at about 15 cm. of the camera, trying to have the QR code located in the center of the screen.

Remember that Muchticket ScanPoint is an application that uses your iPhone/Ipod battery very intensively. We recommend that you bring your device fully charged on the day of the event.

Once you have published your event on your portal, validation with Muchticket ScanPoint will be enabled one week before the event begins. You can configure validation on your iPhone or iPod Touch device directly from your portal administrator
