Muchticket ScanPoint uses the camera on your iPhone or iPod Touch to scan the QR codes of tickets sold on your portal. It scans both the e-ticket format, mobile ticket, and the paper ticket.

In order for the reading of the QR codes to be faster, it is recommended to keep the ticket stable and at about 15 cm. of the camera, trying that the QR code is located in the center of the screen.

Remember that Muchticket ScanPoint is an application that uses the battery of your Iphone/Ipod very intensely. We recommend that you bring your device fully charged on the day of the event.

Once you have published your event on your portal, validation with Muchticket ScanPoint will be enabled one week before the start of the event. You can configure the validation on your iPhone or iPod Touch device directly from the administrator of your portal
