This days I'm having trouble opening ma past exam question papers and sometimes it doesn't even open , that's why I'm giving it 2 stars

The development team did a very bad job ,what's the use of the application if we can't download papers or even view them online . Im surprised that some people are giving this app 5 star rating , what for ? Im not even happy exams are around the corner and this ..please fix this problem
