App ekspedisi paling beres dan enak dipakai harian bahkan di hp tua. UI ringan banget, responsif, clean, function normal semua, belum ada blocker nyata. Semua journey user mudah dan cepat walau masih butuh beberapa fitur easy-to-use dan nice-to-have. Selama ini belum pernah ada masalah sistem dan kurir, semua diproses pickup, di-WA, dan aman sampai barang diterima ke penerima. Masalahnya justru ada di counter kalau mau Drop-off; ga semua counter terima scan QR dr app. Good app!

status paket di rejected pembeli, tp kenapa harus di bongkar dl sm oknum J&T. kan bisa langsung dibalikin aja ke penjual tanpa membongkar, jd ketauan oknum jnt penasaran sama isi paket, saya tau isi paket dibongkar, plastik bagian resi dirobek, pas di cek posisi baju sdh terbalik, dan di bagian celana kotor bekas noda minyak. shame on you J&T . JAHAT
