What a joke! I cannot even create my user account because the link that comes to my email address is invalid and does not work. Tried copying the link and pasting it, no luck. Tried 3 different browsers, no luck! Seeing all the other issues with the app in the reviews makes me dread what I might run into, if only I could even get my account verified!

App inexplicably prompted for function of device but wouldn't let me choose Heat only. Accidently chose Cool plus Fan and now I can't get it to heat mode anymore. Can't get it to present the choose Device Function prompt again to select heat. 2024.02.22 app broken again. Can't find device. Can't connect to server. Error msg disappears before can take screen capture. Was working fine for a while, so just leave it alone!
