I payed for my appointment before the app told me the time was unavailable. No word on a refund. Lab results not available. This app isn't even formatted properly. There isn't even enough space alotted for their logo. This app is not ready for release. A poor reflection on the ethics of the company. You owe me $28 for the appointment you failed to schedule.

2022-03-23	Da*****	DONT USE. They lost my dad's Covid specimen and layer a treatment appointment. He was given another Covid test at the hospital and the Labfly customer service rep lied and said that was his original test. Horrible.
