Embarrassingly Incompetent. Biometric authentication fails to establish, prompting a sign in and 2fa every single time. I payed for my appointment before the app told me the time was unavailable. No word on a refund. Lab results not available. This app isn't even formatted properly. There isn't even enough space alotted for their logo. This app is not ready for release. A poor reflection on the ethics of the company. You owe me $28 for the appointment you failed to schedule.
