My Personal Trainer: Workout and Diet is the app for online coaching students. Your instructor creates your workout and diet plan on the platform, and everything appears here - organized, updated, and ready to use at the gym.
WORKOUT, SET BY SET Open and train. Each exercise comes with sets, repetitions, weight, and rest time defined by your instructor. Mark the sets as you perform them, use the rest timer, and watch the demonstration video when you have any questions.
THE DIET HE/SHE CREATED Meals with calculated times, portions, and macros. Each food can have substitutes, for when you are out of your routine.
TRACKING THAT REACHES THE INSTRUCTOR Record water intake, weight, and progress photos. Your physical assessments are saved with measurements, skinfold thickness, and body composition - and the instructor sees everything from the other side.

HOW IT WORKS My Personal is used in conjunction with a consulting service. You need an invitation from your personal trainer or nutritionist to access it. The app is free and does not sell anything internally.
