PA4Health

PA4Health consists of a multi-screened & multi-component to allow the user to receive daily text intervention messages, to set goals and provide feedback on goal progress, and have the ability to provide physical activity (PA) resources in the environment based on the person’s location, and additional educational content on the benefits of physical activity. Moreover, the app will allow survey completion. The app does not represent any US government entities. Government resources provided are publicly available links from Health and Human Services (HHS - hhs.gov), National Institutes of Health (NIH - nih.gov), Center for Disease Control (CDC - cdc.gov), dietaryguidelines.gov, myplate.gov, and Health.gov.
