The Personal Health DashboardTM (PHD) app provides access to your organization's well-being program and is available exclusively to eligible US HealthCenter users. Contact your organization or well-being program sponsor to check if your organization offers US HealthCenter services.
The PHD app includes all the core features of the website, allowing you to:
