I signed up for their premium membership through tap joy. After following the link from tap joy, I perused their site before deciding to purchase. On one of their pages, they had a "try us, and if not happy cancel within 30 days for full refund". I signed up based on this commitment. Emailed to cancel within 30 days and Moby refuses to refund denying having the guarantee despite being shown a screenshot of it. If Moby is deceitful from the start, can you trust your money with them? Buyer Beware.
