2026-08-20	En*****	I have rented a scooter, it did not work, I could not close the rent because I could not put back the helmets, I contacted the customer service and nobody responded. They charged me 12 euros for wasting my time. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a sharing platform.

2026-08-10	Pi*****	If you want to debug their app while looking for a scooter which is working, and you paid 49 euro for your 48h pass, you are welcome! It took me 2 hours to find a scooter that I could drive. Every time a problem was there: helmet(s) missing, brake not working, flat tire or phone holder broke. there is no proper maintenance on the scooter so pay attention at least in Paris. App also presented several bugs while releasing the scooter. Customer service is completely absent. Save your money.

2026-07-25	Al*****	Super easy to set up. I went to Milan and needed a way to get around. It was my first time on a moped, and I even had a passenger! The moped was easy to control and the app was intuitive. I was really pleased. Just a heads-up, make sure to put the helmets back in the case before you end the ride, because you can't do it after. I had to start another ride just to open the case, but luckily I wasn't charged extra.
