Good idea, poor execution, just fire your devs maybe. Often stuck in loading and constantly needs to be killed and restarted. Reservation of the vehicle has zero effect, by the time you come it's already gone. The map shows scooters that are not there. Geolocation is not accurate. Overpriced, considering you can take a car for the same price.

Terrible app and customer service. App registration full of bugs, validation of documents takes extremely long, customer service is not available. Rarely experienced such poor service.
