2026-07-04	A *****	Viel, viel besser seit dem Update. Nicht perfekt, aber es lohnt sich trotzdem, die Roller zu mieten. Ich wünschte einfach, es gäbe mehr Optionen oder Rabatte für Fahrer, die die Roller regelmäßig mieten.

2026-05-26	Da*****	The map is useless. It doesn't show the direction, just where you're standing. The color contrast is awful and you can not rotate it. on top of that you can not open the bike location on Maps. To make it even better, I need to login and confirm with an email code EVERY time I use the app. haven't you heard of face unlock and fingerprints?

2026-02-23	Pe*****	Great service, awful app. I get logged out regularly. Logging in is inconsistent, sometimes it asks me for my email, sometimes for my phone (which I don't want to use). When logged in, sometimes it doesn't load at all (just EMMY intro screen on repeat), sometimes it loads the map but no scooters and I cannot see my profile. When it works, it works very slow. I have already skipped on using the scooter multiple times because of this.

2026-01-17	Ki*****	emmy = toll! Aber ich verstehe nicht, warum die App mittlerweile so furchtbar performt. Ich hatte noch keine App, die so langsam reagiert. Eine Rückgabe dauert gerne mal 2 Minuten, das Hochfahren auch. Warum? Handy ist neu und aktualisiert.
