2026-06-19	No*****	i mad an opponent for massage with male therapist, then they chose female therapist, and when I communicated with them they didn't show any respect they chose for you what they want to choose for you . They give you fake informations, then you will find something totally different.They are not recommended at all

2026-06-18	So*****	I had a terrible experience with JustLife. They don’t care about their customers at all. If you have a complaint, there's no one to reach out to, and even when you do, you’re made to feel like you don’t matter. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.

2026-06-18	Ra*****	Justlife services and professionals are excellent, however, their customer service are not reliable or responsive, they charged me twice for an extra hour service, once by cash as agreed with their call center agent and another one on my credit card, however and despite claiming this several times, no action has been taken to refund the money nor I received any response since more than 2 weeks. So we have to reconsider other options in the future.
