Lately the service has become so bad, they don't follow order timings. They ruin Massimo Dutti jacket that worth more than 1000 sr, i didn't even have an apology call from their customer service. Many times I received the laundry unclean, and I have to clean it again myself or send it washed for ironing. They don't read washing instructions. Update: Again i found that the bill was higher than it should be,and discovered that they do services i didn't ask for and add it to the bill with no refund

Had really bad experience with this cleaning service. I had booked to clean my carpet. Then one of their people came and took my carpet, I asked the person again why he is taking, isn't it cleaned from home? He said no, they have to take it. Then, next day onwards, someone started msgng me that I have to re-select the option, and I have to opt for pickup. Pick up charge extra. Then, after many days, I got it back after complaining everywhere,and it wasn't cleaned! Took 138 sr without cleaning!!
