2024-09-29	As*****	Lately the service has become so bad, they don't follow order timings. They ruin Massimo Dutti jacket that worth more than 1000 sr, i didn't even have an apology call from their customer service. Many times I received the laundry unclean, and I have to clean it again myself or send it washed for ironing. They don't read washing instructions. Update: Again i found that the bill was higher than it should be,and discovered that they do services i didn't ask for and add it to the bill with no refund

2024-07-04	Fa*****	Had really bad experience with this cleaning service. I had booked to clean my carpet. Then one of their people came and took my carpet, I asked the person again why he is taking, isn't it cleaned from home? He said no, they have to take it. Then, next day onwards, someone started msgng me that I have to re-select the option, and I have to opt for pickup. Pick up charge extra. Then, after many days, I got it back after complaining everywhere,and it wasn't cleaned! Took 138 sr without cleaning!!

2023-12-16	Sa*****	DONT DOWNLOAD... Don't bother. Used to be decent now they have the worst service. They forget to collect laundry and miss a day, never pick up or deliver according to the timing slots you choose, customer service is literally nonexistent. Just don't bother, they'll damage your clothes too.

2023-08-15	Ra*****	Was a great service at first, then they lost two of my items, one of which was a custom tailored thobe, very expensive, and their customer service won't even answer me. They said the item wasn't on the e-invoice so it must mean they didn't lose it, except you only get the invoice after the items arrive at their place, so if the delivery guy loses it before then after pickup, there's zero proof other than your word, which is apparently not good enough. Deleted.

Sometimes you get super amazing service where they iron perfectly and deliver things on time, sometimes you get days when they come 2 hours AFTER allocated time, doesn't iron properly (like super wrinkly), charges you for wash and press eventhough you ask for ONLY PRESS AND THEN cancels your order last minute cause of "maintenance issues". Super duper unreliable. Would not recommend their service. Use Al Jabr or something else instead.

I have used the service 4 times since August, each time collection/delivery not as scheduled. Sent shirts for pressing & had to redo as badly creased, no response when I raised a complaint. 4th and last time ruined 2 rugs, now they are ignoring my messages. Not worth the hassle at their prices.

2022-03-22	Ra*****	Horrible they damaged my clothes and every time got back my clothes wrinkled with faded colors. People don't even risk trying this app. And every time I complain they say we will collect your items again for re pressing and they never do! Zero respect for their clients and way way overpriced. Only if you want to get your clothes damaged and pay for that then use them!!!!

2022-03-09	N.*****	Completely useless. We prepared many comforters and rugs for scheduled pick up. No one came and customer service just ignores us in both the app and telephone. Uninstalling and never using again.

2022-01-22	Ra*****	Booked a slot, no one showed up, after many messages someone showed up, promised to return the clothes 2:00 pm next day. 3 hours delay and I missed a flight because of this. I don't recommend. Use Just Clean App. Way more professional.
