Allows saving favorites and daily viewing of the Hotsheet.
Includes features like home address and zip code searches and connects with MLS.
Able to view some listing details and has a functional basic search interface.

단점

App frequently crashes and has login issues causing user frustration.
Sharing listings via text or other messaging apps is unreliable or not working.
Search features are clunky, inconsistent, or return zero results for known properties.
App data and updates lag behind other platforms like MLS desktop or Zillow, causing delays.
Missing key features such as contingency filters, showing attached documents, and synced saved searches across team members.

doesn't have half of the features the website does, pretty much worthless, especially when it comes to setting up showings and having all of the mls information

Biggest request: can you add something on each listing to remind users if we've already shared the listing to anyone? That would be an amazing feature. Still, my preferred way to look at listings these days. I like that I can share a branded app with clients but they don't tend to like it.
