I can't log in, it keeps saying authentication failed.

It never wants to load for me. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. I even went to Verizon to make sure it wasn't my phone. It was the app. I need it for work and it never works. Disappointed that the technology for the app is so old compared to other mls apps my friends have in other areas.
