2026-04-06	ke*****	beyond upset 2nd time in 6 years second time only said I have a problem I would like to come in have my hearing aid checked immediately. a receptionist on a speaker impossible to understand oh we can't get you in this week. We can do 3 weeks from now. My hearing is comprised I feel helpless that is response I get and I can get them to sync with my phone they will not the app update blows so frustrated crying and angry right now. You are supposed to empower us not make us feel more helpless
