- The app allows some basic adjustments that slightly improve the hearing experience.
- The app is useful for enhancing sound when watching television for some users.
- The app was initially responsive and worked better in early versions.
- The app supports volume control, though it has limitations.
Cons
- App lacks important features like individual left/right volume control and tone adjustments.
- Frequent connectivity issues with hearing aids, including pairing failures and disconnections.
- No battery level indicator for hearing aids within the app, leading to sudden battery failures.
- App doesn't support routing phone calls or media audio directly to hearing aids via Bluetooth on Android, unlike on iPhones.
- Volume control is often unresponsive or affects both ears simultaneously, with no ability to balance sound.
- App is not well-maintained with infrequent updates and lack of improvements for newer Android phones.
- Feedback (whistling or screeching noises) is common and difficult to manage with the app controls.

I wish I could shut my hearing aids off until I want to turn them on

Nearly useless. U can't access the app in the car or when connected to anything Bluetooth. When you do adjust the volume, the phone volume needs to be at "medium" which is problematic when you're in a theater setting. Then it emits an uncomfortable high pitched squeal...which maybe *I* cannot hear, but many people around me can, and they find it painful. The interface is so dumbed down, and most of the "settings" are useless or only last for 15 minutes. For what HA cost, they should be ashamed.
