Review summary

Reviews are mixed: many users praise the app’s ease of use and say it works well on some devices, but the dominant complaints are frequent crashes during transfers, unreliable Wi‑Fi/connection behavior ("no internet" errors), and poor documentation/support. Overall the app can work but is inconsistent and buggy for many users.
Pros
  • Easy to use / intuitive interface (several users report it works smoothly)
  • Can download and view photos/videos when it functions (some users successfully transfer files)
  • Generally useful feature set for remote camera-to-phone access (works well for some devices)
Cons
  • Frequent crashes when downloading/transferring or saving pictures/videos
  • Unreliable camera connection / Wi‑Fi issues — app often reports "no internet" or fails to see the camera
  • Poor or missing in‑app instructions and limited user support; manual references screens that don't appear
  • Unstable file viewing/sharing: transfers sometimes only deliver one photo or fail entirely

I feel bad leaving a one star review when there is a 50/50 chance that it is the camera firmware that is buggy but I have failed to make the app do anything useful. The instructions in the manual for the camera describe screens that do not appear - no way to select 'settings' or 'station' modes. Assuming I am stuck in 'ap' mode I can get the camera to think it has connected but the app can't see it. As far as I can tell there is no support for anything anywhere.

Buggy! App crashes when you try to download/transfer more than one picture.
