I've told Claude about my difficulty with downloading panoramics (it just crash the app when you try downloading it) and about the disorder it create among all my pictures (the app scrambles every photos when downloading). What did Claude answered? "the pixpro app is notoriously buggy"," both of this issues you have are well know and have no documented solution" and "the only thing you can do is stop using the app". It speaks for itself, stop using.
