2026-07-16	Ke*****	My booking included Meet & Greet, but nobody met us at the terminal. Instead, we were told to go to Zone D. The driver did not provide the vehicle registration number, make or colour, so we had difficulty identifying the correct vehicle. The driver repeatedly asked for a 4-digit OTP code, but I never received any OTP by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Despite this, the driver started the journey anyway. Overall, the pickup experience fell well below the service that was advertised and paid for.

Some drivers are professional with clean cars, while others arrive in filthy, smoke-smelling vehicles with dog hair everywhere, play loud music, take personal calls, and drive recklessly. Delays and last-minute reschedules are common, and customer support is impossible to reach. The only reason I still use it is because my company pays for it.
