Recent reviews

My booking included Meet & Greet, but nobody met us at the terminal. Instead, we were told to go to Zone D. The driver did not provide the vehicle registration number, make or colour, so we had difficulty identifying the correct vehicle. The driver repeatedly asked for a 4-digit OTP code, but I never received any OTP by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Despite this, the driver started the journey anyway. Overall, the pickup experience fell well below the service that was advertised and paid for.
