2025-01-15	Am*****	Never used this service even though I paid for the initial consultation I canceled before the consultation they did not refund the money but now 3 weeks later they are telling me if I don't speak to one of their doctors they are going to charge me $359 for a service I canceled and never used. customer support is non responsive. They're doing this to many people. There should be a lawsuit soon. They tried to force you to use their service by telling you they're going to charge you anyway.

I tried every treatment known for depression and anxiety for over 20 years. Nothing worked until I found Mind Bloom and ketamine therapy. I found relief after my first session and my life has become progressively better with each session. Mind you, improvement does not come without work before, after and between sessions.

I have the android version and everything has worked effectively with tools, guidance, resources, reminders, integrated audio. There are ways ro reach out for clinical, guide and technical support. I've just found the whole experience easy to use and the medicine itself along with the personal work...life changing! Totally and without reservation recommend to any adult.

You get charged randomly for the subscription and you have to email them to get them to refund your money. There is a class action lawsuit being started for all of their customers who have been overcharged. On top of that you are required to pay for their begginers box. It was over $200 and came with a sharp's container and a few syringes. Plus there is a $500 fee to cancel if it doesn't work for you.

They informed me that they are not able to refund the money because it's stated in their "policy." Even though the nice lady I talked to in the zoom meeting as well as the video she showed me that I would be refunded. This treatment can help you but I recommend going somewhere else because these guys are shady.

I am noticing changes to how I respond to outside stressors and personal anxiety. The entire staff is warm, highly knowledgeable about the treatment, and quick to respond to you.
