2025-01-15	Am*****		Never used this service even though I paid for the initial consultation I canceled before the consultation they did not refund the money but now 3 weeks later they are telling me if I don't speak to one of their doctors they are going to charge me $359 for a service I canceled and never used. customer support is non responsive. They're doing this to many people. There should be a lawsuit soon. They tried to force you to use their service by telling you they're going to charge you anyway.
