2026-05-26	Ad*****	Broken multiple pay wall user experience. they ask for your credit card info three times before even a consultation, even if you provide it correctly the previous times. The e signature process for consent forms is broken too. The provider and I literally had to back and forth 30 messages and they still couldn't figure out what is going on. Streamline the payments upfront and use a different esign platform.

I decided to test this app for the first time, she recommended 2 products which had taken away the rash almost completely within 3 days. My in person dermatologist was going to charge me $125 out of pocket even after insurance. I paid much less using this app. great service, and she replied same day! I will definitely be using it again if needed in the future.
