Update: the situation has been resolved. I had to reach out to support because I needed an email change. It was a long process and most of the time my emails were going into the void. Now it's all good.

no reason why this cant be done on computer with webcam but then they don't get as much data to sell I guess. also, can't change my prescription pharma without messaging them, which takes a day to respond. the messaging feature is broken and I cannot see the messages I send so idk if they're even being sent. no phone or message support. they get kickbacks so they ignore your pharma and put you on foothills pharma which is triple the price compared to costplusdrugs.
