Broken multiple pay wall user experience. they ask for your credit card info three times before even a consultation, even if you provide it correctly the previous times. The e signature process for consent forms is broken too. The provider and I literally had to back and forth 30 messages and they still couldn't figure out what is going on. Streamline the payments upfront and use a different esign platform.
