2026-05-10	ch*****	A good workout thats getting hard to rigg as you're advancing you need more and more time to pre rigg in the last quarter it's like 3 - 4 ruberband and physio ball. I've had this app for years. I like it better when it was less stuff you needed.

2026-04-16	je*****	Good app. i have used it on and off for years. whenever i want to look good for summer or a holiday i just spend two weeks grinding it. Really recommend. The what to eat section ends up being useless tho. It needs a weekly shopping list at the start of each week for it to be any good/useable. Good app, could have been great.
