Hive In-Store puts your entire in-store equipment lifecycle in the hands of your field team. Technicians and territory staff use it to run site surveys (recce), complete installations, and execute service jobs — deployment, AMC, changeover, refurbishment, relocation, and replacement — all through structured, step-by-step forms tailored to each job type, so every visit follows the right process and nothing gets skipped.

The app is designed for real field conditions: it runs fully offline and syncs the moment a connection returns, so a bad signal at a store never means lost work. Jobs can be saved as drafts and finished later, and each task can capture photos, before/after images, digital signatures, voice notes, and GPS-tagged locations — building a clean, auditable record of exactly what happened at every outlet. Supervisors get a dedicated quality control workflow to review completed jobs and raw material submissions without leaving the app.

Rounding out the toolkit, Hive In-Store includes in-app messaging with voice clips for fast back-and-forth between the field and operations, a built-in document viewer for on-site reference material, and support for multiple languages so teams can work comfortably no matter where they're based.
