mh3 Training is a strength coaching app built around one idea: the weight on the bar should follow your body, not a fixed spreadsheet.

Every working set is prescribed from your real numbers. When you log how a set felt, the app re-projects the rest of your session on the spot, so a heavy day walks back and a strong day pushes on. No guessing, no manual math.
