Breona assured me that the Senior Account would not be issued when I opened the Gold account unless I was called to verify that I wanted it and that this money was transferred. even worse, she was nonchalant about the fact that $1,360 was transferred in error from my other bank after she had assured me that this definitely would not happened. Her attitude show no remorse for her misinformation and she was very cold, disrespectful, dismissive and rude.
