Recent reviews

This app has not allowed me to deposit a check for years. It's beyond frustrating. I've called the company, and they blame it on my phone OR my ability to put the check in the appropriate location for a picture as well as whether the check is folded on corners. I use 3 other banks with ZERO check deposit issues. ZERO. I would appreciate SOME level of accountability on CBT's part. I have a top of the line samsung,and I know how to deposit a check. Every other bank can make it work, why can't you?

This app (the business banking version) currently has very slow upload times for mobile deposting checks. It takes two minutes to make a mobile deposit. It's four times slower than Bank of America's mobile deposit app.
