This bank is stuck in 1980! If you don't write their little statement on the back of the check they will deny the deposit regardless of the fact that there is a check box for mobile deposits! What's the point of EVERY check in the world putting the check box on the back FOR MOBILE DEPOSITS? The app is rudimentary and the tellers on location are the worst! Been banking with them for more than 10 yrs. and not ONE teller knows my name or cares to for that matter! Local don't matter! This bank sucks

Most everything works well but I feel like if I want a feature disabled, I should be able to do it. I hate having my fingerprint disabled weekly. My memory is shot due to a head injury, so I rely on not having to constantly change my password. No such luck here. Every freaking week I'm forced to change my password and it's beyond annoying. Why torture your disabled customers?
