2024-09-01	Br*****	Zosi view would always represent as offline. Regardless. I contacted support, and they notified me that this is the new viewing software. It literally worked the first hour in live view. It has shown the same photos for days now representing as online. I know this bc my car was parked in the driveway at the time, but it's been gone for 2 weeks now with my daughter away at college, and it's still showing as a live image.
