Precise Health Report is the official mobile app for employees who have completed an occupational health checkup through Precise Healthcare on behalf of their employer.

HOW IT WORKS
• Enter your registered mobile number and request a one-time password (OTP).
• Verify the OTP to securely access your account — no separate username or password to remember.
• View your health checkup report, prepared by our medical team after your corporate screening.
• Download or share your report as a PDF for your own records or your personal physician.

WHO IT'S FOR
This app is for employees whose employer has partnered with Precise Healthcare for occupational health screening. If you were screened as part of a corporate health checkup program, your report will be available here once it has been processed.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
• Access is protected by OTP verification tied to your registered mobile number.
• Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and is shown only to you.
• We do not sell or share your personal or health information with third parties.
