ELV Parent & Pickup

ELV Parent & Pickup is the mobile app for parents, guardians, and authorized pick-ups using Early Learning Ventures' Alliance CORE system. The app streamlines daily childcare tasks—approving attendance, reporting absences, maintaining emergency contacts and authorized pickups, and communicating directly with a child’s care team or center administration.

Parents and authorized family members can receive alerts for immunizations and medical evaluations, view provider-to-parent messages, set up billing instructions and payment methods, and make electronic payments. When a childcare center runs a kiosk with a QR code, simply scan it in the app for instant check-in or pick-up—making drop-off and pick-up fast, secure, and paper-free.
