DO NOT be suckered into an account with these people. They are SWINDLERS! I opened an account with them out of curiosity, didn't like the services they offered, and immediately tried to opt out. They make it INCREDIBLY difficult to opt out, you have to jump through a dozen or so hoops just to cancel the service. Even after canceling they STILL take money from my account, even after canceling my debit card and ordering a new one. What's more, they're taking double what they should!

Been trying to pay a loan back that should have been paid in full a while ago, and I literally can't because they need to "verify ownership" of my account! WTH? And need to see bank statements again for like the 11th time! And service only responds once ever so often, and they act like they don't know what to do! Like I'm literally trying to pay you back, and you're making it impossible! Terrible!! Going to cancel and close this account once it's actually taken care of. If it ever is?
