General Objective: To support the AI ​​transformation of creative sectors such as media and tourism in Istanbul, to equip individuals with AI-based skills, to increase the qualified workforce, and to enhance regional competitiveness. It aims to connect individuals in creative sectors with next-generation technologies, develop an AI-compatible human resource ecosystem, and create applied training models that support employment.

Specific Objective: To create a qualified, productive, and employment-ready workforce profile by equipping young individuals, women, university students, and graduates with AI-based technical and applied skills, and to establish a sustainable education and application ecosystem.

We are accelerating the AI-focused transformation in the media and tourism sectors.

MEDTRAI* is a comprehensive training, application, and skills development program in Istanbul that aims to accelerate the AI-supported transformation in the media and tourism sectors. It aims to strengthen the workforce and increase sectoral innovation capacity by connecting individuals working in creative sectors with next-generation technologies.

The program equips individuals working in or aiming for careers in media and tourism with critical competencies such as data analytics, AI-based production techniques, content automation, intelligent customer experience management, and next-generation digital applications.

It supports the implementation of innovative solutions in creative industries by offering project development, PoC studies, mentoring, and ecosystem collaboration support for entrepreneurs, experts, and industry professionals.

MEDTR-AI aims to increase the competitiveness of Istanbul's creative economy and establish a sustainable, technology-driven transformation ecosystem in the media and tourism sectors.
