Medikue Staff

Medikue Staff is for authorized hospital staff at partner facilities. Manage outpatient (OP) queues, check in patients, and run day-to-day clinic operations from your phone or tablet.

Requires a hospital staff account and hospital code. Not for patients—use the Medikue patient app to book visits.

• View consultation ledger and export reports (authorized roles)
• Update hospital profile and announcements
• Raise and track support tickets with MediQ

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Front desk, OP desk, and hospital admin staff at hospitals using the Medikue platform. Access is role-based—each staff member sees only what their hospital permits.

GETTING STARTED

1. Your hospital admin adds you as staff
2. Open the app and enter your hospital code
3. Sign in with your registered mobile number (OTP)
4. Start managing queues and clinic operations
