Kor-work 코워크

kor-work is a work app used by organizations employing foreign seasonal workers for field record-keeping and communication. Three people—workers, farm owners, and operations managers—use the same app, and the screens differ based on the role of the logged-in account. Workers check their assigned workplaces and accommodations, and record their arrival and departure times. Farm owners check the attendance status and work history of their farm workers. Operation managers register and assign workers and farms, and contact those with missing records.

[Account Guide — No Sign-up Process]

This app does not have a sign-up screen. Accounts are issued when the operations manager of the organization that introduced the app registers the worker list and farms; the IDs for workers and farm owners are phone numbers. Operation managers use a separately issued ID. Users start by logging in with their received account and change their password during the first login. If they are unable to log in, they should contact the operations manager of their organization.

[Worker Functions]

· Confirm Assignment — Record today's assigned workplace and accommodation, farm name, address, and assignment period.

· Attendance Record — Record arrival and departure times at the workplace. For early departures, select a reason (illness, hospital, personal reasons, or other).

· Pre-Work Safety Check — Mark "Normal" or "Abnormal" on the inspection items determined by the operations manager and submit.

· Accommodation Check-in/Check-out Record — Record arrival and departure times at the accommodation and check the most recent records.

· Leave Registration — Register with a reason such as sick leave or personal reasons.

· 1:1 Inquiry — Directly contact the operations manager of your organization. Only the author and the manager can view this

· Emergency Report — Select the recipient as either the Operations Manager or the Farm Owner to send

· Notices — Check notices registered by your organization and leave a confirmation

· Training — Check training videos registered by the Operations Manager

· Notifications — Check inquiry responses, emergency processing results, etc. in the notification list within the app

· My Info — Select language, change password, upload profile picture, and guide on using records

[Farm Owner Features]

· Attendance Status — List of employees and staff on attendance by workplace

· Attendance History — Narrow down search by period and employee

· Workplace Management — Register and modify workplaces and assign employees

· Employee List — Check nationality, contact information, and assigned workplace

· Emergency — Check employee reports, register actions taken, and close

· 1:1 Inquiry — Submit matters to be coordinated with the Operations Manager

· Check Notices, Training, and Notifications

[Operators Features]

· Status — View today's attendance and check-in status, identify employees with blank records requiring verification, and view attendance and accommodation records

· Registration & Assignment — Register worker lists, farms, and accommodations, and assign work locations and lodgings. Work lists can be registered all at once using an Excel file.

· Support — Respond to 1:1 inquiries sent by workers and farm owners, receive emergency situations and record actions, and manage insurance claims.

· Settings — Register pre-work checklists, training videos, and announcements, and check their status.

· Operation Status Report — Organize and print attendance and record status for a set period.

[How Location Information Is Used]

Location is checked only once at the moment of clocking in/out or entering/exiting accommodations to determine if the individual is within a set distance from the registered work location or lodging. Continuous location tracking and background location collection are not performed. The recorded location is checked by the organization's operations manager and the relevant farm owner for safety verification purposes and is not displayed to other workers. The same information is also provided as a guide on the "My Info" screen within the app.

Registration & Assignment [Supported Languages]

The Worker and Login screens support seven languages: Korean, English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Chinese, Chinese, and Korean, which workers can select directly. The Farm Owner and Operations Manager screens are provided in Korean.

[Personal Information]

Data is managed separately by implementing organization, and users view only the information necessary for their work based on their permissions. Since the phone number serves as the login ID, it is not displayed in the list of workers sharing the same accommodation. 1:1 inquiries submitted by workers are not disclosed to the Farm Owner.
