Love all of Mike workouts! Living in Canada, I miss not being able to travel to take advantage of his camps. This is the next best thing!!!! As a personal trainer myself, I highly recommend this app.

This app has everything I am looking for in one place. From workouts, cardio programs, demos on exercises, recipes, Minute with Mike motivational videos, a resources section that is user friendly and much more. One stop shop where members can find an adundance of information from a trainer and coach with over 25 years experience and a track record of successful clients; both competitors and non. I highly recommend this app.
