2025-01-21	Na*****	Less information available and also when doing international transactions, we need to wait until opening hours to receive deal ticket which is really uncomfortable to use even though this could have been done at home during night. Please remove the integration of deal ticket option in your app so we can conduct international transactions with ease.

2024-12-02	Je*****	The new version is a step backwards for this app when it should have been a better version for an upgrade. Now only one user is able to install and use juice pro on only one mobile. For companies usually have two or more signatories for transacting and now we cannot process payment when it requires two persons to authorize.

2024-12-01	ar*****	The recent update in November 2024 is worst. It is much more complicated to use and not friendly at all. Have to click several times just to execute a simple command. Please remove this update and allow to switch to the previous version.

2024-11-30	Zi*****	I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars following the recent update of Nov 2024. (1) Following the update, the App was not opening and giving critical error. The MCB was not able to give me the solution. (2) When you want to see the details of the transactions, you can read only the first 15 characters. I will suggest that you remove the up/down arrow indication on the left as you already using color code for in/out money. Hence allowing more space for trx details.

2024-11-29	Mo*****	The App was working great until the update. Now it does not run on Samsung Galaxy S21. It is working on S24 Ultra but transactions are not displayed. And balance is not updated instantly. Screenshot feature was of great utility. Tried to call but always busy. Overall app is great to use and made banking easy.
