Users praised the app for its convenience and useful features like mobile credit refill in earlier versions. However, the November 2024 update severely degraded user experience. Multiple bugs cause crashes, false jailbreak warnings, and inability to view full transaction details easily. Removing screenshot and receipt sharing features caused frustration, especially for business users who relied on quick sharing. The large font and poor UI changes further reduced usability. Many users prefer the previous version and report poor customer support for these issues.

Recent reviews

Less information available and also when doing international transactions, we need to wait until opening hours to receive deal ticket which is really uncomfortable to use even though this could have been done at home during night. Please remove the integration of deal ticket option in your app so we can conduct international transactions with ease.

Usability has gone worse since the Nov 24 update. Lots more clicks needed to do less and less information available on transactions list. Only good thing is approvals is now integrated.
