RestEasy - Restaurant Helper

RestEasy helps restaurant teams keep their hygiene records simple and always inspection-ready.

• Daily temperature logs – record fridge and freezer readings in a few taps. Freezer checks support negative values, and every reading is flagged as within or outside your target range.
• Reminders and alerts – assigned employees get a reminder every day, a follow-up if a check is late, and the manager is alerted when checks are missed or a reading is out of range.
• Cleaning and maintenance – schedule daily, weekly or monthly tasks per piece of equipment and tick them off when done.
• Report problems – photograph and report a faulty appliance; managers track and resolve issues.
• Team access – invite employees by email; each person has their own login and can only see their restaurant's data.
• Inspection-ready export – choose any date range and export a day-by-day register (PDF or CSV) that clearly shows every check done, missed or out of range, plus cleaning and issues.
• Records you can trust – readings can't be edited after they are saved and always show who logged them and when.
