Receipt and Invoice Scanning
You scan documents with your phone, the edges are automatically cropped, and multi-page documents are converted into a single PDF. The on-device OCR automatically fills in the amount, date, and vendor information on the expense form; you simply approve it.

Legal Fees and Other Income
For contractual legal fees, you can set up payment plans for monthly, quarterly, or annually – any period you choose. The net amount remaining in your pocket after VAT, income tax withholding, and VAT deduction is calculated instantly with each payment. Overdue or scheduled payments are highlighted in a different color on the dashboard. Fields for self-employment receipts and tax information are also ready for counterparty legal fees, consulting, mediation, and CMK (Criminal Procedure Code) income.

Advance System
Managers give advances to the team, and the advance balance automatically decreases as employees spend. Pending expenses are transferred to the advance with a single click, and the remaining balance is always visible.

Client Tracking
A card for each client, optional client groups, and client-based financial history. What was spent on which file, what was collected, is visible on a single page.

Office Expenses and Cash Account
Office expenses such as rent, bills, and subscriptions are kept in a separate ledger. The cash account brings together cash inflows, outflows, and end-of-day reconciliation in one place.

Personnel Costs
