“Law Office Management” is an integrated application targeting lawyers, as it enables them to automate, organize and coordinate all the work that takes place within the office so that it is done automatically instead of being performed manually. The application provides a set of quick and easy operations, with the ability to link the program installed on the client’s devices and the application to be published through QR code.

Main Features:

1. Case management: Registering and presenting cases at all judicial levels (first instance, appeal, cassation), following up on all sessions and attaching case files as documents for safekeeping.

2. Organizing sessions: following up on court sessions and expert sessions, and automatic alerting of session dates with the ability to send text messages via the WhatsApp application.

3. Data entry: Entering administrative business data, executive procedures, performance orders, and contracts.

4. Internal correspondence: The possibility of internal correspondence between system users with documents attached.

5. Portfolio: A portfolio containing forms of lawsuit papers, contract forms, and memorandums to facilitate the work of lawyers.

6. Office agenda: Following up on all work entered into the system with the possibility of printing it in one or several separate reports.

7. Accounts movement: Track lawsuit expenses, office petty cash expenses, salaries, and attorney fees, with the possibility of allocating user powers by the office manager.

8. We upload updates periodically to address all user errors and improve performance.

After downloading the application, it is linked to the office's main program by opening the program on the client's computer, then going to the control tools menu, then linking the system to the application.
