Horrible customer service. I can't even reach a person when I call. They keep sending automated responses and not responding and not addressing the issues. My first package didn't have a single full meal out of the four I ordered and was 3 days late.

signed up and my order was due 8-6. sent me multiple emails about ingredient substitutions but never got the box and tracking info is invalid on FedEx site. real nice
