Recent reviews

I've tried several meal services over the last 5 years, and Marley Spoon is by far the worst. There has been an issue with every box I've received, 2 boxes were a total loss due to delayed delivery and insufficient ice pack (only 2). Two other boxes had rotten produce and was protiens was barely cool to the touch. Atleast customer service quickly offers refunds, but thats it, no real resolution to the problem, they just keep sending all crammed in a box with barely enough ice to make it.

the service is great. The app is a let down. it's really frustrating to use. When you click on a recipe to see the ingredients and go back, the list goes back to the top and you have to scroll down again. You can't click on recipes you already have in the cart to check their ingredients, you have to go back to the list and hunt for them amongst 100 other recipes. Also the app is slow and every click takes a couple of seconds. Please test your apps thoroughly before releasing updates.
