2024-11-19	At*****	Contractors beware!!, they do not cover any repairs. They do not pay contractors, even on pre authorized repairs. They dodge and deflect everything. I recommend learning from the countless other contractors they have used . They owe tons of unpaid invoices. Choice Home Warranty rebranded as Rely. They owe us about $500 in unpaid invoices. They came up with every reason not to pay. 1 year later, they still owe us for past invoices. They dont cover anything from a consumer standpoint either

2024-02-08	Co*****	I work for rely for few months it was a total waste of time they dont want to honor their policies with the home owner an they dont want to pay the contractor they take money out of contracts and they dont care about their customers or contractor they own me over 2k on parts and like 4k in lavor stay away from insurancecompanies even customers ....I have all the recipes and documents to prove it
